Beer pours gorgeous mahogeny with a nice thick tan colored head that mostly dissipates. Aroma is rich with malt and dark dried fruits, i.e. figs and raisins, also light yeastiness and spices. Flavor yield a bit less than the promise of the aroma. Flavors of sweet malt, light yeast, and light spices are present. The finish is dry. This was quite enjoyable.

A dark undlear red beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy with coriander being most dominant, but also roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread and coriander as well as other spices leading to a slightly dry end.

This poured slightly hazy dark brown with a creamy long lasting head. Decent lacing inside the glass. The aroma is typical Belgian yeast, malt, caramel and dried fruits. Smooth palate with malty sweetness and just a hint of bitterness. Just a touch of alcohol in the finish.

Pours a brick red, clear, with a huge rocky tanish head. Very fruity aroma, raisins, apricots, peaches, figs, etc. Malty fruity flavor, with same as aroma. Sweet. Rich. But nice drinking. I like this one quite a bit. Well made.

A satisfying example of the style. abv .Poured with a great head that didn’t last. Nice malt background. Palate stayed soft and never lost it’s edge. At 7% it was the perfect
