Jul 17, 2004 Pours a brick red, clear, with a huge rocky tanish head. Very fruity aroma, raisins, apricots, peaches, figs, etc. Malty fruity flavor, with same as aroma. Sweet. Rich. But nice drinking. I like this one quite a bit. Well made.

Jun 7, 2004 (750 ml bottle) Pours a hazy amber-brown color with a large frothy beige head. Has an aroma of molasses, light alcohol, banana, and raisins. This is a light bodied beer with a creamy texture that is just a bit thin. Has flavors of nuts, caramel, and malt.

May 29, 2004 deep dark hazy brown, foamy off white head. aroma of raisin, yeast, caramel and alcohol. flavour is malty and a litle spicy. some tart raisin notes and a boozy finish. nice.
