(Bottle, BB 16/10/08) Pours a clear golden body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of mustiness, florals, grass, buttery, and dustiness. Flavor of spicy yeast, pear, malt, and hops with a dry finish.

Dark blond colour. Thin but resiliant head. Aroma is dry and floral. Flavour is first sweet but then comes a massive hit of hops and the flavour gets gradually dryer.

A Sim rate (Bottle at the Kulminator): Very citric aroma but not overwhelmingly so with some soap too. Flavour is slightly spicy - perhaps corriander? The bottle expired in 2001 so maybe some of the flavour was lost in the years. Finish is particularly metalic and tartly alcoholic. Quite a decent beer. Appearence is gorgeously cloudy, with a nice thick initial head and decent lacing.

Clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma is very typical blonde tripel (although it is not technically a tripel). Yeasty, some honey, a tad sweet, bready pale malt, some lemon/citrus. Nothing new, by the book belgian blonde/tripel. It’s like that polite kid that sat in front of you at school, everybody can only say good things about him yet you can’t find anyone who remembers his name.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear amber with a tall, frothy and handsome, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium body with sweetish malty accents. Some yeast and diacetyl to be detected and some alcohol in the finish. 130906
