Golden with a very huge head. Aroma flowery, honey and some malty. Nice well balaced hops and sweet malt. Very nice belgium ale. Little more carbonation it looks but it is good i think.

May 6, 2009 Bottle. A clear medium golden beer with a big, rocky and persistent white head. Quite good aroma with a nice hoppiness and some malt. There are notes of grass, citric fruits, orange peel and spices. The flavour has not much sweetness, and has a light acidity. Hops prevail, and there is a certain spiciness. Quite good mouthfeel, light to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and enough long finish with medium to high bitterness. Among the hoppy belgian blonde ales, this is maybe one of the last choices, but it is nice and drinkable.

Mar 27, 2009 A bottle that I had forgotten and was 3 years over best before date. Big white foam that fast goes down to a lasting lase. Small amount of solids. Small plesent typical belgian phenolic aroma. Yeasty taste with medium body. Eaven though the age it is still fresh.
