Aroma is a light grain like scent with a faint yeast back tone. Color is a golden with a very light haze. Carbonation is good with a nice tight head. Taste is light, crisp and sweet. Starting with a medium body it goes down smooth with a crisp feel. Finish comes in sweet with a malt flavor that is back by fruity yeast tones and a mild hop spice that ends with an easy bitterness. This is better then there Dubbel, it has a cleaner feel and the true flavor of a Belgian Ale.

Slightly hazy gold with a lot of fizz. Leathery yeast aroma. Luscious sweet peachy fruity taste with plenty of dryness and alcohol to follow. Preferred this to the Westmalle Tripel I had earlier this week.

750 ml corked and caged. Pale amber colour with great clarity and very fine carbonation. Dusty malt aroma, soft and earthy with some nice crackery dryness. Softly spicy with light clove and earthiness as well as a light musky aroma. Light apricot/apple in the middle with a nice crisp flinty bitterness on the back. Nicely balanced flavour with the light spiciness playing very nicely against the dryness of the finish. Lean Belgian malts with a pepper/bubble gum finish. Very tasty tripel.

Misty gold with a white collar of froth. Nose of estery banana, hop grassiness, apple peel. Drily hoppy in the manner of Westmalle Tripel, but with mellowing wheat, maybe coriander. Headily fruity and impressively bitter. Biscuity malt afters. Above-average, drily hoppy, fruity Tripel.

Poured a nice, mostly clear, amber with a big fluffy head. Aroma is subtle, fruity. Feels nice on the tongue. Flavor of orange peel, yeast. Overall, a pretty good tripel.

750ml bottle. golden orange color is quite hazy. the head has a tight meringue like appearance that is quite beautiful. nose is spicy, earthy, estery, and a little funky. full well rounded mouth feel. a little apricot and peachy fruit. sweet but not too sweet middle and some dry breadiness accompany. strong alcohol provides a long stinging finish with moderate hop bitterness.
