Mar 15, 2007 Pours with a nice white head, orangeish cloudy color. Aroma is of heady begian yeast, bread,dried fruits, cherries and figs mabey some spicy aromas as well. Flavor is of candy coated malt, hops are subdued, I’d like to taste more hops in this beer. This is a good beer, nothing too complex a standard begian tripel, fits the style bill well but lacks in complexity. This beer is a bit colying in my opinion and finishes too syrupy.

Lys ufilreret øl. Ligner en weisbeer men skummet forsvinder hurtigt.
Men her hører lighederne også op.
Duften er Sødlig, let belgisk gær og ellers meget behagelig kompleks.
Smagen er lige præsis så sød den skal være sammenholdt med varmen fra alcohollen. Øllen er ikke så tung og sprittet som andre trippels, så det er absolut den bedste trippel jeg til dato har smagt.
Meget passende (højt) niveau af kulsyre, og humlet afstemt perfekt.

Mar 14, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy golden with a big mostly diminishing white head.Nice yeasty fruity aroma. Good yeasty, alcoholic, malty and bit spiced flavour. Great brew!

Mar 1, 2007 MMMMM.. Yummmy. A very nice belgian tripel. Has a hearty pour with a thick white head. Has a frothy aroma of yeart and a mild amount of hops. Goes down ultra smooth and has a hearty base. Nice cloudy appearance. Great tripel.

Feb 13, 2007 Bottle. High creamy white and lasting head. Hazy orange body. Sweet fruity and floral aroma. Fruity honey flavor with notes of alcohol, not too dominant though, with a pleasant bitterness.
