MMMMM.. Yummmy. A very nice belgian tripel. Has a hearty pour with a thick white head. Has a frothy aroma of yeart and a mild amount of hops. Goes down ultra smooth and has a hearty base. Nice cloudy appearance. Great tripel.

Bottle. High creamy white and lasting head. Hazy orange body. Sweet fruity and floral aroma. Fruity honey flavor with notes of alcohol, not too dominant though, with a pleasant bitterness.

The color of butterscotch LifeSavers. Nice bit bottle, clean label. Aroma is dominated by tart fruit, but there’s a buttery, lightly diacetyl undertone and a bready yeastiness. Up front alcohol, tart, medium-lightly sweet, spicy cloves, sour fruit. Finishes out a bit clingy in the back palate, medium body, lingering green fruit/nut bitterness. Servicable.

There wasn’t that much aroma. The beer had a notably high carbonation. Does a good job of bridging the gap between dark and light beers.

Not much experience with Abbey Tripels yet but this is the best I’ve had so far. The pour was beautiful hazy gold with a little sediment. The head was a full 3 fingers and would not go home. The taste was a refreshing spicy blend of yeast, corriander and orange. Light finish with heavy carbonation. Nice.
