The aroma reminds me of chardonnay a bit, light fruity aromas coming through the barrier of booze. Other aromas of grass and sweet malts are also notable. Tastes of sweet malts and a decent amount of bitter hops. There is a nice hint of yeast coming through as well. Finishes with a clean, snappy feel. A very nice tripel. Mutualaid (137), Texas, USA

Grassy, straw aromas. Big honey-like malt flavor, bit of light caramel, and a fair amount of sweetness; cleansing hop finish. Medium body. Really solid Tripel that might benefit from a bit more attenuation. hopheadfett (50), Oak Ridge, New Jersey, USA

Nose of spice, with a hint of citrus. Taste of malt, spice, yeast, quite nutty, and a tinge of alcohol. Very balanced. Finishes rather dry with notes of spice. I really like this brew, very complex. Aroma is sweet and spicy with alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet, a bit fruity, spicy and alcohol. Sweet and plain, not particular complex, but I think it’s pretty OK anyway. A required sample for someone looking for "drinkability". I like it as an hors d’oeuvre. I won’t bore you with my impressions of flowers, fruits, nuts, aromas, shades, hints, essences; It’s just a very pleasant drinking ale.
