Mar 30, 2005 Bottle. Golden amber in colour with a large white rocky head, very nice lacing. Aroma was yeasty, with some pineapple, pears and peppery spices. Flavour of yeast, candy apples, bready malts. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a medium creamy bitterness.

Mar 27, 2005 Sparkling, lightly hazed golden colour. Rocky head - big, frothy and white. The nose is big and sweet with yeast and fruit. Candyish with light pepper and a touch of organic hops. The body contains a solid hop bitterness at the front which carries into the middle. Nicely warming with a light maltiness that does’t really come out. A bit too bitter for a triple, I thought.

Mar 27, 2005 Cork date says 4/2003: Pours a clear golden bronze with a nice, creamy, and well-lacing white head. Aroma has a strong, candy-like, Belgian malty caramel aroma with lots of bready yeasty esters. Body starts rich and bready with lots of sweetness leading to a dry, yeasty, candi sugar finish. Nicely balanced with good complexity throughout. An enjoyable tripel.

Mar 22, 2005 Dark orange colored, medium lasting white head. Slightly cloudy appearance. Spicy, fruity aroma with mild alcohol. Medium to full bodied. Flavor has citrus, fruits, nice lasting spices and medium crispy alcohol in the end. Hints of sweet caramel comes up also in the end. Slightly one dimensional, but still nicely balanced triple.

Mar 3, 2005 Hazy gold ale with a thick creamy white head with good lacings. Pleasant bananas and spices in aroma, with light alcohol. Tingly yet creamy mouthfeel. Good sweet malt with spices, cloves, coriander, lemons and red delicious apples. Nice hoppy and sweet finsih, with smooth alcohol in the middle. Very pleasant offering.

Hazy golden, good white head, lace. Aroma of apples and lemon. Good strong body. Starts with tickling carbonation, then opens tasty citric flavors and finishes with alcoholic touch. Some citric acid in the aftertaste. Balanced, good triple, straightforward.
