Bottled. Hazy golden. Fruity, yeasty aroma. Rich malty with notes of melon and juniper. Nutty undertones. Milky mouthfeel.

Hazy golden. Aroma brings yeast, citrus and some sweeter fruits. Strong flavor without bringing too much alcohol. Malty with som vanilla, fruity and a little yeasty.

Bottled, at the Dovetail, London.
Wonderful golden amber colour. Served a bit too cold but it warmed to the occasion. Soft violet and white rose perfume. Sweet with cloying mouth feel. One of the more subdued triples I’ve ever had.

Bottled. Blond colour, reasonable head. Orangey, yeasty lively nose. Very sweet, medium bodied. All the orangey sweetness leads to a sticky mouthfeel, which takes the edge off an otherwise intriguing beer.

This is a wonderfully complex beer that bis best served at about 55F in a good tulip shaped glass. Below that it loses a lot of the depth.

Beautiful golden color with a thick head. Light aroma. Sweet and fruity taste. Light on the hops. My opinion, it’s a great brew.

Pours slightly hazy orangey-amber color with a huge, billowy white head that diminishes slowly and leaves heavy lacing. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, citrus with esters and spice. Flavor is sweet with lots of tart and bitter notes spread throughout the mouth, as well as some spice and pepper. Medium body and mild carbonation makes it very drinkable - which at 8.5% for a 750 ml bottle makes it a bit hazardous. Not spectacular but a nice belgian triple overall.

Hazy dark-blond color; big creamy head. Nice spicy aroma and flavor, some malt, dryish. Not complex but good.

Orange-amber color, nice perlage, thick creamy head (wonderful!). Strong but balanced: delicate malt and old hops aroma; spicy malt with some hop aggressivity in the mouth. A classic and very good Tripel.
