Effervescent bright gold, champagne like bubbles. fluffy soapy head. light belgian dusty abbey yeast aroma. between the hard candy, spicy hops, and amid the foundation of classic yeast, there is plenty of complexity, yet not together. The total is less than the sum of the parts.

Bottle. Great tripel. Cloudy gold pour, white head. Aroma is fruity and some yeast and spices mixed in. Flavor is really nice. Yeast, fruit, and is overall a big winner in my book. YUM!

My wife says it’s delightful with a touch of peppermint. I say, it’s one of the better triples that I’ve had. It’s good from the beginning to end. It’s not overpowering but the flavors are great. starts with a citrus/floral aroma and then a really smooth spicy finish. will be back.

This was a really good tripel. Pours hazy golden color, thick rocky head that dissipates slowly. Aroma of fruit and alcohol. Flavor to match, with peppery finish. Alcohol comes through but not overpowering like some tripels.

(bottle) A small white-but-almost-yellow head, and a golden body, bubbling vigorously. The aroma is sweet and spicy with fruit such as lemon and peach, and corriander, clove, some sugar, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor is sweet but somewhat musty and spicy, and it becomes slightly drier on the way back. Alcohol is noticeable but not overpowering. Medium bodied.

750 ml cork and caged bottle from rebelbeerguy for my 35th BDay, thanks Tim. Pours a slightly thin looking bonzey/orange with a huge frothy white head that leaves some serious lacing after it’s long retention period finally expires. Aroma is sweet, candied sugar, apricot, sliced pears in artificial syrup, peaches, lots of yeast, cereal and grain. Aroma is nice but a little dry overall. Medium bodied with light carbonation and a smooth slightly dry finish. Flavor has a touch of metallic about it but other then that there is lots of grainy cereal notes, alcohol, and dried fruits. This is one solid beer but I prefer my triples slightly less dry and more sweet, pretty much the way I am.
