Overcarbonated. yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 31, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a huge bubbly white head. Sharp phenolic apple aroma, bites in the nose. Flavour starts sweet and citric appleflavoured and followed by a somewhat mouldy flavour/aroma from the back of the nose. Ends with a dry and phenolic mix with the mouldy accents. henrikb (1132), Aarhus, Denmark Apr 19, 2008 Bottle - Beautiful cider, straw golden with a slight green shine, beautiful white head, lots of fine sparkle; Fresh beautiful nose, nice clean apple aromas covered a little by some spicy aromas, not just hop; Beautiful body, super balanced sweet and acid, fresh with a near perfect carbonation; Long finish where the acid grows elegantly (it could be a little more complex) and powerful, harsh peel and pit feel. Great cider, the best (or actually the only good) I have had from Denmark yet, elegant, sour and fresh!
