They’re all behaving in an orderly fashion but somehow it’s still fun. Nice unexpected kick to the finish. larsniclas (3391), Gothenburg, Sweden

Big spicy aroma with some maltyness. Flavour is juniper and some other spices all the way through. Herbal brew, which almost is something of a mix of a low alco mead meeting sahti and spices. Lovely! | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 2, 2008 Bottle at 3 Små Rum, as Ahle SommarSpetz. Pours a nice, clear, copper body with a beige head. Heather, myrica gale, camphor, piney hops and some maltyness in the aroma. The flavor is herbal and sweet, with caramel and some bitterness. Medium body and a herbal finish. The aroma of the beer was very promising, but unfortunately the flavor didn’t follow up. Due to the herbs, it’s a kinda strange beer, but with good drinkability. Amber colour. Smells like a Gin & Tonic. Also notes of soil in aroma. Flavour is very much soily and cellary, with smallish notes of juniper. Body is pretty light. Refreshing and interesting beer. Not a pilsener, rather a Spice/Herb/Vegetable. motelpogo (4399), Plzen, Czech Republic
