Mild & pleasant, well made.............

Feb 4, 2006 (swing top bottle) Clear copper colour with a big off-white foamy head, quickly diminishing. Sweet caramel-malty aroma with toffee and a touch of milk-coffee. Light-sweet flavour, toast-malty taste with caramel and liquorice, medium bodied, smooth carbonated. Medium-dry malty finish with a hop-bitter blend. Tasty and well-made Dunkel.
