Nice floral notes with a decent malt balance. Also notes of candy and gum. Malty flavor had a mild floral taste to it and a light bitter finish. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA

A cloudy yellow appearance with a moderate head. The flavor was somewhat sweet with a grassy and saaz hop flavor. Just what you would look for in a pils. SpringsLicker (2043), Tennessee, USA

Pours a moslty clear light gold with a thin lasting head. Aroma is american hops (brewer told me he used some chinook in there), alson noticed a small amount of DMS which is common in some pilsners, and a slight metallicy hop hint- common of some american hops. Lgith body and flavor, some light malts and a stronger than expected bitterness with slight astringency.
