Commercial Description:
Lite Golden color with a dense white head. This beer is semi-dry with hints of citrus and banana. The cloudy appearance is due to the unique strain of yeast which remains in suspension and imparts most of the flavor characteristics

Tap. Banana, peach and wheat aroma. Lightly cloudy orange-yellow with small head. Mild sweet banana and wheat flavor with touch of lemon. Nice sour-tart finish. An extremely well-blended Weizen - not too sweet with a nice amount of sourness. Excellent.
