Feb 7, 2009 Golden-brown with gorgeous lacing. Smells like a big bag of pellets - rich, deep, pithy hop. Smooth body and moderately bitter. Good balance with light caramel and fresh woody hop. Growler me up.

Mar 18, 2004 (Draught) Pours an amber color with orage highlights and a small white head. Has a hoopy flavor, but not does not have much complexity or balance.

Feb 7, 2009 on tap-pours a white head and amber color. Aroma is lime zest. Taste is lime zest, some resin hops-centennial/cascade, secondary medium malt-caramel. Easy, nice.

Apr 7, 2004 Light hazy gold color with white head & lacing. The aroma is musty with some citrusy hops (aged?) not very fresh with a bit of caramel. Finishes dirty and wet, like a wet dog.

Dec 18, 2006 Tap at brewery. Honey and orange blossom hops aroma - light malt. Amber color with small head and high effervescence. Honey and orange flavor up front with the nice citric hops finish with bitterness lingering long after swallowing. Apparently this was a much better batch than 2 years ago - the beer I had was well blended and tasted great - no old flavors at all.

Feb 6, 2009 Bright medium gold, nice thick white head and lacing. Nice floral, piney hop aroma and some juicy orange too. Finishes really nice and dry. Soft nice carbonation. Best one here by a mile. Lingering herbal and pine bitterness. Citrus peel and dandelion greens. Very good.

Apr 8, 2004 I thought this was a terrible example of a pale ale. Wet cardboard mustiness, like that rug that the dog sleeps on and has been left outside and rained on too often. That is how I describe the aroma here. Just tasted old and out of date, but it was not.
