| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 18, 2006 Tap at brewery. Honey and orange blossom hops aroma - light malt. Amber color with small head and high effervescence. Honey and orange flavor up front with the nice citric hops finish with bitterness lingering long after swallowing. Apparently this was a much better batch than 2 years ago - the beer I had was well blended and tasted great - no old flavors at all. jcwattsrugger (5550), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Aroma is a blend of nutty malt, pine resin and some citrus. The flavor starts with the nutty malt, and moves to the smooth blend of evergreen, citrus and earthy hop for a crisp finish. Light-medium and smooth, with a dry-finishing palate. Beats Sierra Nevada draft anytime.
