The amber was a glowing dark red that was topped with a thin and brittle layer of head. Flavor was bland and simply composed of cheap caramelized malt and nutty taste similar to a brown ale. Pours a clear medium amber with a nice off white head that left decent lacing. Nose was nutty with some toasted malts and light hops. Flavor was mostly toasted malts with a slightly bitter finish.
