Bottle. Brown with thin white head that faded very quickly. Very little aroma, little bit of roasted malt. Definite mineral hint and a touch of metal too. Little watery for my liking. Maybe it’s just me but I didn’t like this at all.

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Clear brown colour, mid-sized beige head. Malty, flavours of roasted malt and caramel, toffee and cocoa powder. Rounded off with some resiny hops. Lingering bitter-sweet finish.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Chestnut-amber coloured, lacy small white head, all in all a bit unclear; sweetish-sourish - a bit chocolatey, a bit toasty nose with a light mineralic touch; very soft, almost medium bodied; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour; an increasing chocolatey touch in the moderate, almost lingering sweet-bitter finish. Decent Dunkel........

(swing top bottle) Slightly unclear, dark brown colour with a reddish shine and a short light-beige foamy layer. Moderately sweet, strong malty and roasty aroma with caramel. Quite bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Roasty malty and earthy taste with notes of caramel; pretty dry and bitter finish with roasty and hoppy elements. Quaffable Dunkel (10.VI.09).
