Bottle: Cystal clear pour with a fruity nose and notes of koji and minerally rice and plum. The impact is light and low in acidity, lots of umami and peach with some light melon. Nice mellow flavor. Yum! A little dry and alcoholic in the nose, and a little more dry than I like in the mouthfeel, but quite good.
