Light golden color,small white head that faded slowly and left behind a small lace.The brew definately has a strong carbonation due to the bubble action on the sides of the glass.Malty sweet aroma with a cereal like character,fruity and something else that smells like tea.Very nice light flavor of sweet malt and fruity with a mild hop character,nicely carbonated and quite refreshing.Not at all what i was expecting from this brew,but i have to say that i like it quite a bit.Nice hot summer brew thats easy to drink.

Oct 24, 2008 Bottle. Straw color with a nice white head. Light grassy, mineral aroma. Light malt/bready flavor with some backing grassiness. Lighter bodied. Easy drinking and refreshng. Lingering light malt bordering on a bit of butteriness.

Oct 7, 2008 previously tested on BTO 02/2007: Malzig-getreidiger Geschmack, ziemlich getreidig sogar. Leichte Hopfenzugabe im Abgang. Leckeres Helles, vielleicht etwas wenig Kohlensäure.
