bottle into a pilsner glass. Pours apple cider looking with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and weak and light. Taste is relatively dunkelish with a an interesting taste, not so great no tso bad. The palate is quite carbonated and strong. interesting.

Oct 5, 2008 quickly dissipating head that leaves murky brown haziness with random flakes--it looks like runny excrement; dark wheat beer with cherry and apple fruitiness, some spice, and tartness; good, but too tangy; meh.

Lightly tart finish. Somewhat disappointing - clearly there’s a lingering infection underneath. 180808

Aug 19, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/light brown with a lacing white head. Mild caramel and only vague wheaty aroma. Flavour is sweet, dense caramel and vague fruity to slight wheaty base flavour following. Smooth caramelish and medium sweet finish.
