Commercial Description:
A light, pleasing ale made especially for a hot summer’s day, this beer is brewed in the traditional German kolsch style. A touch of wheat gives the brew a creamy body, and a German Hersbrucker hops add a mellow flavor to the finish. The Golden goes well with the Chicken Caesar or the Artichoke Mushroom Linguini.

Crisp and clean, and slightly generic, but not really a Kolsch to me. Spicy herbal hoppiness, with a touch of honey sweet maltiness. Really light and clean, a good opening beer.

On Tap at Alameda Brewing Co. Portland, OR Pours out a clear gold topped with a small white head. A slight hint of hops but some nice malt on this one. Not bad.

Decent bronze-wheaty color. Cardboard aroma translating to a similar flavor, albeit clean. Boring, but done right. Crisp and clean.

[Tap] A great golden color and a nice head. This was a great easy to drink beer. Loved the flavor. Light with hops and rich with malts. A good start for the night.

Nice and refresing clean taste, on the lighter side of medium bodied with some pleasing biscuity malts.
