CaptKirk (175), Hephzibah, Georgia, USA Oct 22, 2005 Deep red in color with a floral aroma makes you wonder what you are drinking. Sweet on the first sip, then it gives way to a hoppy alochol aftertaste. The bitterness stays with you longer then you wish it would, so nothing else to do, but have another sip. Oakes (6784), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jul 29, 2001 The florals show up mostly in the nose, and the sweet malt and flowers do mix well together. Relatively unassertive, and an interesting beer. Maybe not for daily drinking, however.
