Draft sample at Alandale. Very light and hazy, still can see bubbles rising through the glass. A fine wheat smell. Has the standard zest of an American wheat with no out of place esters. Just a nice light drink.

Wow, this is a bad beer. There was almost no noticeable aroma, a poor, soapy head with large bubbles, and almost no flavor profile that I could detect. It tasted like an even lighter Bud Light, if that is possible. I want to like this brewpub, I really do! I live not 2 miles from the place, and I want to see it do well because I want a good, local watering hole, but I just cannot stand these bad beers.

tap sampled with vyvvy at the Augusta Bottoms Beerfest. Poured very cloudy yellow, especially for an american wheat, with a small soapy head. fruity nose with light husky notes. somewhat estery as well (nice yeast tone). lightly fruity flavors with some spicy hops on the finish. body is light, but its not watery. This would be an awesome session beer on a hot august day here in STL. One of the best AW i have ever had.

Sampled at Augusta Bottoms Beer Festival 2006. Poured cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has smooth apricot / peach with a bit of husk. Medium body with light carbonation. Thte taste has the fruit from the aroma with citrus and hoppy spice. A nice wheat ale from a new and promising brewer.
