The color is mid-to light-copper with brilliant orange highlights with white stable head. The honey is subdued but present, and the flavor is complimented with a hint of orange. The body is medium to light. The hop profile is bigger than one might expect from a wheat beer, but it’s a refreshing change of pace. The beer is clear and crisp and I found myself ordering two more pints. All in all, a wonderfully drinkable beer.

Tasted 4/14/08. Draft from the brewpub. Filtered with a bright bronze hue. Off white head. Slightly sweet honey nose. Light to medium bodied with nice honey flavor mixed with a nice hop bitterness. Touch floral. Nice grainy wheaty backbone. Good hoppiness. Grassy and piney. Tingling effervescence. Nice sugary note. Good wheat but a touch metallic.
