Jan 20, 2006 Quite a nice flavor, nutty, and malty, but sweetens up abit too much for my liking, still a nice beer though, just a little too sweet. I would drink it on occasion.

Jan 19, 2006 Heavy and light at the same time, yet this doesn’t negate either of these characteristics. Its full of flavour yet light enough to enjoy one bottle after the other. I’d say color is what you’d expect from a nicely flavored beer. Smells like candy for a drunk. Try one and think of Alaska when you drink it! Something pure, and relatively untouched.

Jan 15, 2006 I was surprised I never rated this. So I purchased a 6-pack at Ralph’s in Riverside, CA. Pours a hazy copper color with a thin, lingering white head. Nice, sweet malty aroma. Some hoppiness as well. Nice, well-balanced flavor. Citrus notes, as well as some sweet hops. Seems to get stronger as you drink it. A good beer I wish we had back east.

Jan 4, 2006 Thanks for the bottle, Dansting. Dark copper body with a quickly dissapting khaki head. The aroma is rich with some chocolate, oranges and good bread. The taste is The taste is sweet with some caramel and iced tea. There is also some light chocolate. There gets to be a stronger cocoa note as you drink this. A nice chane of pace, but a little sweet for me.

Dec 28, 2005 Pours a red/brown color, non-cloudy medium sized head, very quickly diminishing. An aroma of hops, malts, sweet, flowers. Good smooth nutty taste, clean finish.

Dec 26, 2005 This bottled brew poured a small sized head of fine to medium sized of unnoted length white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and caramel brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of sweet malty bready . Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a palate and a very mild bock aftertaste. Its flavor contained sweet malt mild cherry notes. Strange.
