Nice full aroma despite the lack of head, with a big graham cracker character, Munich maltiness, and some honey. Flavor is very similar with additional accents of grassy hops, toffee, and even a touch of candied orange. A little light in body and carbonation. Very drinkable. bbrock81 (218), Le Mars, Iowa, USA

Aroma is very muted, on cerealy malts, and a little bit of hops. Flavor is the same, mild and muted. Disappointing. Palate is average. pintocb (509), Darsville, Georgia, USA

Pours copper, white head.
Aroma/taste, malty, fruity notes and hops / pine, some light caramel with a bitter finish.
Not bad, ending leans toward a caramel mouthfeel with some bitter grains.
Not bad, more drinkable than most of the other beers Vegas hotels had to offer. TheGrandMaster (1855), Auckland, New Zealand
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 13, 2009 Bottle (in NZ). Pours a copper colour with a thin white head. Caramal malt aroma, very slightly metallic. The palate is again slightly metallic. But the flavour is an interesting combination of grainy malt and peppery hop, with hints of fruit. The dry finish also has a short salty tang. AmEricanbrew (1808), Doing Rogue, Louisiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 12, 2009 draft@ Alaska Lodge SEA. Clear amber color with a thin head. Spicy sweet caramel aroma with mild grainy malt. Flavor mirrors the aroma with lightly sweet n’ spicy caramel and grainy malt grist. Nicely bitter hoppy finish. arrogantb (700), Denver, Colorado, USA

22oz bottle that was amber in color (no surprise right?). The smell was a very nice fruity aroma. I liked it. The taste however was kinda funky and departed from the smell. It was very easy to drink and I thought it would be a decent session beer but I am going to have to drink this a second time to form a good opinion.

Shades the Flat Tire in my own little amber ale taste off, even though it ain’t in quite as good condition. Bot only just. Why? Better balancing hop and toasty malt (i.e. there is a little there if oyu look for it)
