Feb 21, 2009 I was really surprised to find this to be a very excellent amber. It is not weak, lots of flavor, yet very smooth. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Flavors are light however bold at the same time. An excellent beer!

Feb 21, 2009 Coppery amber pour with a thin off-white head. Big malty aroma and taste ... earthy and rather rich for an amber. Very good.

Feb 20, 2009 12 oz bottle. Poured a clear copper color with a one finger white head. The aroma was caramel malt and a bit of earthy hops. The flavor was well balanced, with a solid caramel malt base and an earthy, bitter finish. This was a pretty solid brew.

Feb 19, 2009 Had this in a casino in Reno. Poured amber with an average off white head. Aroma was all sweet malt. Flavor is more balanced than I expected from the aroma. Nice hop / malt balance .

Feb 19, 2009 (bottle - 12 oz) Copper in color with a good white head. Aroma is malty with some caramel and some light hops. Flavor begins rather hoppy and blends well with a smooth and malty middle. Finishes clean and crisp and leaves a light bitter aftertaste. Pretty tasty.

Feb 8, 2009 Pours a nice and clear amber with an off white head. Sweet caramel and malty aroma. Slightly malty taste with a hint of hops and caramel. Good finish.
