Nice presentation -- a redder amber, good foam retention. Aroma is great too -- yeast, hops and caramel. Light medium body with a bit more extending bitterness than malt texture and flavor. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA

Pretty malty, more easy to drink though, not bad all in all. I’d drink it again. BeerPrince (1701), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is more of the sweetness, with a nice full palate. Nothing really jumps out on this one, but it is a nice smooth, very drinkable beer. I was quite surprised to see this listed as Altbier, rather than Amber Ale. I guess it is the lagering that made this so drinkable. sloth (1678), Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA
