Commercial Description:
Richly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored "alt" style beer notably well-balanced.

On draft at TS MCHughs in Seattle. Nice copper color with smaller head. Sweet, malty and roasted nose. Taste is a great amber...very drinkable.

Small tiny head that goes flat quick. Brown and red hue that isn’t easily seen through. Very faint nose but has a soft floral aroma. Flavor is mostly caramel and honey. Well balance of malt and hops. Not as good as i thought it would be.

Small head that vanishes almost immediately. Nice amber color. Malty aroma that is almost syrup. Flavor is downright flat. Weak finish, with no hop flavor that I can taste. Horrible.

From the bottle

Pours a deep amber. A pleasent session beer, well balanced between rounded malts and enough hops to keep things interesting, though sweeter than I might have expected or preferred.

Coppery amber pour with a thin off-white head. Big malty aroma and taste ... earthy and rather rich for an amber. Very good.

Pours a nice bright amber color with a creamy medium size head. Great aroma of caramel and light hops. Sweet malty taste, with nicely balanced malt flavors. A good solid amber.
