Smells of apple and slight caramel. Taste is much the same, apple and caramel with mild hop bitter and crispness at the end. Maybe a touch of chocolate in there. Nothing special, but not bad. Nice sweet/malty flavor, super smooth and silky on the palate, with no bitterness or off flavors. Maybe it was because it was fresh off the tap, but it was too easy to put 3 pints away. I’m going to buy some bottles of this. Wiseblood (658), Clarksville, Tennessee, USA
