Finally solved the mysterey of this beer being labeled Paco’s at the Sahara. Liked this one a lot. Would have it again (just in smaller quantities) DarkMagus (433), San Jose, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 19, 2008 Poured a very solidly amber color with very little carbonation and no head retention other than a scant ring of bubbles remaining around the glass. Very sweet malty aroma, a bit of caramel and brown sugar, a hint of dried fruits (raisins, dates). Similarly sweet malty, slightly acidic/fruity, a hint of caramel, brown sugar, and a bit of hops (but not much). Very rich flavors for a lower gravity beer. The mouthfeel is soft, sweet, a bit fuzzy from the carbonation, and pretty dry and clean at the finish. Overall this is a beer with some imperfections, but still solidly drinkable and enjoyable. graham515 (428), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 13, 2009 Pourns amber into the glass with a small white head. Aroma is clean biscuit/caramel malt with minimal hop character. Very clean malt flavor with just enough bitterness to counteract the sweetness. Very smooth and drinkable. mixamatt (427), San Francisco, California, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 16, 2005 Bottle. Reddish copper color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity and caramel. Wheat and nutty flavors and definitiely sweet. A little bit of bitterness. Thin and carbonated. Wheatlike aftertaste, almost like an oat cereal taste. Not one of my favorite syles, but this is drinkable. Tom Servo (424), Arlington, Virginia, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 16, 2005 Hops and malt come together in a harmonious blend in the nose. A bit on the maltier side up front, quite creamy smooth for an amber. Medium/heavy mouthfeel was a pleasant surprise. Quite nice Padron4KM (400), Chandler, Arizona, USA
