| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 27, 2003 Draft. This is a very non-dememo beer. I'm not a big fan of the style, but this beer isn't overly flavorful, and fairly balanced - no strong hops or malt. Dogbrick (2903), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 20, 2004 Another gift from the mother-in-law after an Alaskan cruise. The beer is a dark brownish but clear color with a medium and creamy beige head. Thin lacing. The aroma is nicely malted and toasty. Medium-bodied and smooth, with malt, caramel and nut flavors in varying degrees. Light hop finish. Overall not the best Alt available but I was impressed enough that I would get it again. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jul 19, 2006 12-oz. Pours a dark amber with a modest medium-white head. Big bready, yeasty nose. The body approaches middleweight, with some mild carb. The attack is cardboardy mild malt with some sweet malt on the mid palate, and a slightly sour, vacant finish.
