It’s a bit too sweet for someone preferring IPAs or APAs though. I too would reach for SNPA, but this beer would be a close second. billism (42), Missouri City, Texas, USA

It has a thick and malty, cedar colored body.. with a nice and lasting cream colored head. The smell and taste i got was sugar, honey and toffee. Little bitterness, goes down very smooth and light. Sweet oaky aftertaste, and like everybody says its a very drinkable beer. Since its light, sweet and tasty you will have more than one!!! jonkix (13), California, USA

Nice sweet nose of toffee, pear, sweet biscuity malt, and a hint of granny smith apple. Nice balanced flavor that exudes a strong pear like fruity sweetness as well as a light dose of floral hops, banana, and biscuity malt. Nice light floral hoppiness on the finish with a light hint of the fruit. A very solid session beer. arrogantb (701), Denver, Colorado, USA

22oz bottle that was amber in color (no surprise right?). The smell was a very nice fruity aroma. I liked it. The taste however was kinda funky and departed from the smell. It was very easy to drink and I thought it would be a decent session beer but I am going to have to drink this a second time to form a good opinion.

Clear darkish copper with a three-finger head that lasts well. Malty, spicy molasses aroma. Flavor is deliciously spiced caramel, turning to baked biscuit, then the slight hop comes on to dry to a toasty cocoa and nutty finish. Medium body is smooth and sessionable. rm0312 (36), Idaho, USA
