Amber colored with a thin white head and some decent lacing. Sweet sugary fruity aroma with a hint of carmel. Carmels, sweet fruits and a touch of malts. Not too bad, I liked it. Decent tan head that didn’t last too long though. Smooth, malty and bitter. Nicely done. Re-rated the head retention in a tulip glass and it did a bit better. kwoeltje (1333), Manchester, Missouri, USA

The flavour is likewise, with a sweet maltiness supporting the caramel. Very sweet but not cloyingly so. Light but very smooth mouthfeel. My Mom went to Alaska and all I got was this tasty beer! :) BOLTZ7555 (1121), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

The aroma is all malt with caramel & toffee dominant. Flavor is sweeter than most. A good drinkable session beer. Solid. spikester (602), Salem, Oregon, USA

Update: Have had a few bottles since and must up-rate this some. Nice amber. bradlyc77 (226), Sebastopol, California, USA
