Nov 25, 2004 Bottled. A fine, reddish coloured bier with a lovely balance and delicious, toasty dark candy flavour. Tastes of spices, toffee,caramel and other such candies. Very good. Very well recommended indeed.

May 12, 2006 My favorite beer, so I have it on tap. Amber colored, clear, not much head when poured. As other have said, there is a carmel flavor, but it isn’t too sweet, so goes well with any type of meal. I find everyone who tries it, likes it.

Oct 7, 2007 This is a very drinkable and enjoyable beer. The color is a great amber shade and the flavor is light, fruity and crisp. I keep this one available at home all the time.

Jun 3, 2007 this is a damn good beer.i wish they would expand their distribution to the south.i went to washington and brought back a 12 pack in my suitcase,thats how good it is.

Feb 21, 2009 I was really surprised to find this to be a very excellent amber. It is not weak, lots of flavor, yet very smooth. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Flavors are light however bold at the same time. An excellent beer!
