Jul 7, 2008 Hazy pale lager color with a frothy head. Nice fruity spicy banana clove aroma. Medium body. Grainy wheat flavors with sweet berries and mild witbeer spices. Good aroma but a bit mild in the flavor . Draft@ Brouwers 7/1/2008

Jun 7, 2008 Draft @ Cafe Amsterdam - Lightly pale straw colored and very hazy with a small foamy head. Has a bit of spice in the nose, mustard seed and stinky cheese notes, a bit of hay, and bubblegum, quite strange indeed. Light bodied on the palate, with lots of carbonation. Has a bit of sweetness in the citrus, loads of coriander, and finishes bone dry with a lignering citrus bitterness.
