Hazy pale lager color with a frothy head. Nice fruity spicy banana clove aroma. Medium body. Grainy wheat flavors with sweet berries and mild witbeer spices. Good aroma but a bit mild in the flavor . Draft@ Brouwers 7/1/2008

Jul 8, 2008 Pale gold with no head. Aroma is light and wheaty with banana, coriander, and orange. Soft wheat, light orange, some yeasty esters. Light and soft.

Jun 7, 2008 Draft @ Cafe Amsterdam - Lightly pale straw colored and very hazy with a small foamy head. Has a bit of spice in the nose, mustard seed and stinky cheese notes, a bit of hay, and bubblegum, quite strange indeed. Light bodied on the palate, with lots of carbonation. Has a bit of sweetness in the citrus, loads of coriander, and finishes bone dry with a lignering citrus bitterness.
