Guerde (693), Welcome, Minnesota, USA Oct 22, 2007 bottle from Skyview. The aroma was pretty subdued on this one but what was there was just a faint hint of hops. The flavor was pretty sweet with low bitterness. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA Oct 15, 2007 I was surprised at the quality of this ipa. The brewery isn’t known for hoppiness in any of their beer so I was pleasantly surprised when this nectar hit my palate. Nice floral and citrusy hop aroma. Nice smooth bitterness. Decent beer. JK (2946), Richfield, Minnesota, USA Oct 14, 2007 From skyview, a below average ipa. Dry aroma with hops. Herbal hop flavor. Dry finish. Light gold color. Alaskan can do better. Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Oct 14, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at John’s Marketplace in Portland, Oregon. Pours a semi-hazy golden amber brew with a decent off-white head that has some good retention and lacing. Aroma of some caramel malt and a touch of grapefruit zest. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a decent balance of caramel malt and flowery hops. Finish is slightly dry with a sweet grapefruit and caramel flavor. Not an over the top IPA to impress the hopheads but wold be considered a good American Pale Ale. badgerben (3586), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Oct 12, 2007 Another from Skyview. Gold color with a medium head. Floral hop aroma. Very plain flavor that has just a bit of sweetness and a bit of bitterness. Certainly not bad, but not really good either. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA Oct 12, 2007 Updated: Mar 6, 2009Thanks to Skyview for sharing. Pours a light orangish golden color. Light earthy citrusy hoppiness on the nose. Very dry hoppiness, but the flavor is very muted. Not that great.

This is a hell of a session IPA, of course fresh could help, as I am in NW MT now, but it was well balanced with a nice piney floral hoppiness and a nice subtle malt backbone. pdxmickey (33), Spokane, Washington, USA Oct 12, 2007 Bottle - A classic IPA with strong hoppy notes. This beer is a nice light amber color with active carbonation, the head is then but has a nice lasting power. I am pleased with this selection and would pick up some more. gotohelunc (473), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA Oct 3, 2007 Bottle. Nice solid hoppy IPA, more balanced and complex than I was expecting. Amber colored with a standard white head. Clean finish. Great drinkable session IPA.
