Dec 7, 2007 Bottle at Pt. Loma Seafood. Orange golden in color with a little head. Little hoppy aroma with some soggy cardboard notes. Light citrusy hoppy flavor. Could be a much better beer. Ok tasting.

Sep 2, 2007 Another recent rating where I’m shocked at the low overall score. Pours clear copper with a good amount of an off-white head. The aroma has lots of citric hops, bits of pineapple, some sweetness and a good toasted malty backbone. Medium body that is more full & rich than most IPAs. There is some nice soft carbonation. The flavor starts with a citrus and pineapple blend to give a bold / rich hoppy presence. There is a bit of bitterness with the hops which is nice and some good underlying malt to balance. The finish is clean with some additional piny and spicy hops. A very well crafted IPA. Many thanks go out to Terminus for picking this treat up for me.

Apr 3, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a fluffy white head. Sweet citrus and pine aroma. Light, watery body and medium carbonation. Taste is lightly sweet toffee and citrus with a crisp spruce finish. Everything about this beer except the 6.4 ABV says lawnmower.

Jul 11, 2007 This is one of the few PNW IPAs that is reminiscent of the English style. Still with fruity and citrusy hops, this beer is quite floral. Lighter in color than many of the NW style India pales. a nice frothy white head with little lacing but a clean finish and a subtle hop aroma and finish makes for an almost session-worthy bomber. Malty presence is there, but overall, what a nice well-balanced brew!

Sep 3, 2007 Bottle from Windy City. Deep golden color with orange hi-lights upon pouring. Citric hoppy aroma. Somewhat peppery. Flavor is dry and hoppy. Good solid bitter qualities. Not super bitter, but an easy sipper with good hoppiness.

Apr 4, 2007 12 oz. bottle - Pours a clear orangish-golden color with a one and a half finger thick off white head. Light lacing. Has an herbal hop aroma. Very light malt presences with a light citrus zing. Light to medium body. Slight bitter palate. A decent beer.

Jun 21, 2008 22oz bottle from BevMo! Mission Valley. Pours a clear, golden amber with a 2 finger off white head. Faint aromas of pine and grapefruit. Flavor was semi sweet with a light bitterness on the finish. A fairly weak IPA.

Jul 3, 2008 Bronze gold with clean whiffs of PNW hops and a similarly clean, crisp palate of fresh hops with perhaps some Chinook bitterness that is enjoyable on the finish. Not as good as their ESB, but this is a very solid and drinkable APA/IPA.
