Maybe I just bought an old 6pack? Mild bitterness but I don’t detect the citrus on this at all. I bought it as it was on sale and I had not tried it before. I should have spent the extra 2-3 bucks for some GreenFlash or Lagunitas. jeff789 (411), Pennsylvania, USA

My first alaska beer, and this is a good one, probalby the easiest drinking IPA i’ve had, its not overwhelming with hops which normally would dock the rating but this drank so smooth with just the right bitterness, i could drink gallons. thooper41 (386), Oregon, USA

Lots of carbonation. Taste is of pine, hops and fruit. Has a nice bitterness to it. Similar aroma. Full, slightly oily body. Very easy to drink and rather refreshing. joohefner (380), Isla Vista, California, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 18, 2009 Bomber - great nose, crisp pine with some citrus (lemon?) - tastes as it smells, but a bit more subdued and a little watery. Solid IPA, nothing special, but I felt like having another immediately, so bonus points for that and the price.
