Aroma is spicy hops. Flavor is actually well balanced. Some malt charecter with some hops coming through as well. Clean finish with some lingering hops. Not bad, very similar to Bridgeport. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 22, 2009 Bomber from BevMo in Scottsdale. Clear light amber pour and small white head with a little lacing. Fresh pine and spruce aroma. Mild citrus and biscuity flavor with notes that reminded me of their Winter Ale. Mouthfeel a bit on the thin side. Dry snappy finish. Not your everyday IPA and worth a try if you can get your glass on one. SDalkoholic (1196), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 8, 2007 22 oz bomber, Keg N bottle, consumed July 9th. Pours as a firm golden blonde liquid with thin layer of film. The nose is moderately hopped but overall subdued and relaxed. Initial flavor is bitter with puny citrus and hop presence. Finishes with a metallic aftertaste and a bland first impression. Stew41 (1052), Caulfield, Australia

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 3, 2007 A decent, but not exceptional IPA. Pours with an eggshell head and nice bronzy color. Aroma was fresh with citrus, dried apricot and soap. Flavor was dominated by the hops with citrus and soap. Aftertaste was saopy.Decent finish, but a bit light in the palate compared to the best IPAs. Felt more like an American Pale Ale than an IPA. But it sure was good. Thanks to my brother, Nathan, for bringing this from Alaska to Panama. chadzter (94), huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2007 Bottle. Pours a nice red golden color. The head forms a nice foamy white head the faded down with a thin lacing of the glass. Aroma is mostly floral hops with fruity citrus. Good carbonation and a nice bitter taste. iowaherkeye (1858), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 5, 2008 22oz bomber, stamped A092008--something about September 20th? Hopefully not the best by date. Purchased @ Bottle Barn. Aroma has pine and pine air fresheners, light perfume, and some watered-down caramel malts. Clear golden with a one finger off-white head, fading to a think film and thick ring. Flavor leans more malty, though not watered-down this time. There is still the soft pine notes, and floral perfume does come across a bit in the finish, which is semi-dry. Bitterness peaks at a 3-4. Moderate carbonation with a medium body. A good IPA. Not a West Coast hop bomb, but good. Lagunitasfan (443), San Diego, California, USA
