Oct 12, 2007 Bottle - A classic IPA with strong hoppy notes. This beer is a nice light amber color with active carbonation, the head is then but has a nice lasting power. I am pleased with this selection and would pick up some more.

Mar 9, 2009 A 22oz bottle. The smell is floral hops and light citrus. Body is golden with a this white head. Flavor is smooth with not to much bite. Good carbonation.

Mar 28, 2009 All around good IPA.
A: clear copper with small head that shrunk quickly, but stuck to the side of the glass until the beer was gone.
S: floral hops, grass, raisin
T: Very hoppy, not too bitter. Not much in the malt department.
M: fizzy in the front, dry in the middle, sudsy in the back.
D: easy to drink if you’re already an IPA guy A little too hoppy for the average joe.

Dec 29, 2007 Pours a clear golden amber with a small head and some decent lacing. Smells of a little grapefruit, a little malt and some hops. Very mild taste which is fine but dissapointing if seeking an intense IPA. Mild hops and balancing malt, some citrus rind but nothing comes close to blowing you away. Finishes a tad dry but leaves the pallate something to desire. Mouthfeel is light and crisp. This is an IPA made to sip continuously on a hot day. A middle of the road IPA.

May 23, 2009 Pours a crystal clear orange-gold with a nice beige cap of foam. Aroma is soft and sweet, with notes of peach, orange, and bubblegum. A bit too faint and sweet for me. Candied lemon wedge flavor with some pithy grapefruit and a pale malt finish with medium bitterness. A little sweet overall but the hops are bright and the bitterness is solid and unastringent.

Jan 21, 2009 Bottle thanks to Robert at Stateline. Poured a bright copper color with a nice aroma of hop, and citrus. Taste was an ordinary IPA but not as much hop kick as I enjoy. Very Drinkable.

May 20, 2009 Pours clear amber-gold, with a thin white head, fine lacing. Strong pine aroma, with some grass, dough and caramel underneath. Medium body, velvety, lightly dry. The malt flavors are subtle, caramel, white-bread, turning into citrus and a sweet grapefruit finish. Mild bitter pine-resin aftertaste. Very drinkable.

Jan 6, 2009 Updated: Jan 31, 2009A pretty distinct IPA. I had about a dozen while bowling the other night, and they were definitely a lot nicer than the Manny’s my friends were drinking (nothing against Manny’s, I’ve just had it a ton). Typical hoppy taste but with a cirtusy kick. Didn’t see much head, but the waitress was probably letting them sit a few minutes before bringing them over.
