Tangerine, nectarine clear delicate fruit aromas, slightly orange, clear color. The head is fine and slightly floral. Sweet tasting but little residual sugar and clear, clean palate -- a rare feat for a barley wine. This is my choice for Best In Show at Toronado’s Barley Wine Fest 2002.
