A bit of citrus, hops, and malt, all well balanced, very nice drinking beer, can’t wait to have it again.

Poured a golden pale with a finger of creamy white head. The nose was a doughy, malty aroma that’s peppered with citrus rind and breezy floral notes. The taste started biscuity and bready, quickly followed by an infusion of delicate citrus notes that are mildly fruit-juicy and rind-like. It’s bitterness is well-tamed and seems only intended to balance its sweetness, leaving it to simply fade from the tongue. Some sweet-biscuit malt does linger. This is one really drinkable beer that would be perfect in almost any situation. Very nice!

Bottle: Pours clear gold with drizzly lacing and wonderful malt aromas. It has the good balance of hops and malts in the flavor that you look for in a golden ale. It has a good feel, almost thin and quite smooth. This is one of those great all around beers.

Sampled from bottle. Pours clear gold with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is very nice: Grapes, candy, fresh flowers and syrupy fruits and citrus. Flavor is balanced and much less complex with only a subtle citrus tartness, spicy hops and faint bread. Light to medium-bodied, well-carbonated with a clean finish. An easy to drink, light session beer.

Nice, but unremarkable. Again, on the way to strangeness at the random Freemont bar, Seattle.

ALmost clear, bright golden appearance. Mild caramel, woody aroma, fragrant sweet hoppiness. Fruity palate, mildly tropical, mildly citrus, moderate bite in the finish. Very well balanced, well flavored pale ale that is impressive in its simplicity.

Golden body with medium carbonation and a cottony white head. Aroma of tangerine, peaches, and honeysuckle. Flavor has a honey-like sweetness with sweet tropical fruit hop properties and a note of warm butter. Mouthfilling foamy feel with decent body, but the residual sugar makes the palate a little slick.
