| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 31, 2005 Much hazier than the standard pale ale, but the guy at the booth explained that it’s more of a blonde ale than anything else. Aroma is malted, with hints of citrus. Very hazy, touches of beige in the head. Flavor is almost over malted, with very little hop quality. Citrus overtones. I would probably have enjoyed this more if I wasn’t expecting a APA, but it’s still not bad. BeerandBlues2 (3230), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 31, 2005 Bottle. Pours gold with orange hints and a rocky white tall head; lined lacing. Fragrant floral hop and light malt (grain) aroma with yeast notes. Malty grain and acidic bitter floral hop lasting flavor. Fizzy and light refreshing palate. 5000 (2600), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 20, 2005 Bottle: Translucent golden, moderate white frothy head, spotty lacing, light carbonation.   Pale malt aroma, slight sweat and grain, also a bit grassy.   Similar on the tongue, accented by more of a vague hop or pine flavor.   Somewhat sweaty grain finish.   Not as crisp as I would have liked, fairly clean tho.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Tiz okay.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 7, 2005 This should be classified as an American Pale Ale as it is not a Golden or Blonde Ale.
A little heavy handed on the bitterness for such a light body. Very pleasant hop aroma. Somewhat fruity in the palate.
This would be a horrible example of a Golden/Blonde it is an American Pale Ale... Okra23 (26), Flowood, Mississippi, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Had this one at my hotel bar in Fairbanks. Did not like it as much as the amber, but it wasn’t bad. A little too bit too much aftertaste, but overall not bad.
