I remember this one having the aroma of yeast and dough. I enjoyed it and liked the smooth bready taste. A very nice pale ale, without all the unnecessary hops.

Bottled. Hazed amber with a small white head. Nose is slightly sweet and fruity with light hops. Aroma also has an odd cheese note. Taste is slightly hoppy and fruity. Light malt notes. Body is medium with light bitterness. Finish is light citrus, hops, and some sweetened malt notes. Good beer, despite the oddness of the aroma.

Pours a golden orange, small white head. Feint Aroma, lingering though. Flavor is malty and sweet, with a little hop- after bite. A pleasent session beer. Thanks to INDIANA RED for this tasty brew from far far away ;)

The aroma had odd (but inoffensive) mix of whiffs in it: golden malt, cat urine, dough, musky yeast. Clear gold, with a great head. Label needs work, but the cap is way cool. West coast craftbrew bottle. A little underhopped. Clear gel flavor - very light cascade or western hop -- light citrus. Light sweetnessA strange mouthfeel -- like heavy, viscous water.

Clear yellow golden, short lasting puffy head, not much lacing. This is juicy like a pear or green apple - sweet thin fruity malts with a minimal hop edge. Ends with a spicy flourish and more sweet fruits - cantaloupe. Thanks to Walt for sharing!

Thoroughly enjoyable. Light and fuzzy texture. At the risk of sounding like the bottlers...great balance of malts and hops. Can’t wait to try the others.

Draft at Steamers in Ketchikan. Enjoyed more than the Amber. More dynamic with unexpected fruity flavors. Have not tasted in a month, but remember better than the Amber.

Dark golden to light orange pour with a decent sized white head with good lacing. Aroma is slightly buttery and slightly fruity - pears perhaps? Sweet nutty flavor with some nectarine sweetness in there as well. Smooth palate - very quaffable.
