Sep 10, 2003 Clear apple juice with medium off-white head. Aroma is grainy, earthy, mild sweet. Taste is mild sweet, caramel, earthy, apple juice. Light/medium body, somewhat acidic.

May 2, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, caramel, and earthiness. Flavor of crisp, clean hops with a nice malt balance. The carbonation in body correlates well with the hops.

Oct 28, 2006 12oz bottle. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus with some sweet malts. Nothing really stood out nor was it terrible.

Mar 11, 2009 12oz bottle-pours a white head and slightly hazed yellow/gold color. Aroma is light malt, honey, hay, herbal hops. OK, below the PALE in small black print: golden. Aroma fits now. Taste is light malt, honey, hay, herbal/floral hops. Aggressive effervescence. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.

Jan 15, 2008 Pours a transparent deep golden bronze with a spotty, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly toasted pale malts with a touch of grapefruity hops. Body starts with good malty sweetness well-balanced with a fresh piny hoppiness toward a slightly drier, crisp bittersweet finish. A pretty good APA.

Apr 19, 2006 Pale amber-gold, fully clear; with a medium, just off-white head. Bit of iodium nose, seaweed, pale malts, peanuts. High restsweetness, high grain level. I think "crisp" is the word, with means usually not enough hops, and often adjuncts; There’s hops here, but they are not really assertive. Restsugars give lots of slickness, nearly cloying. Not their best offering IMO.
